Key Skills / Requirements
- A B.Ed or PGCE (NQF Level 7); Honours degree in Education is a strong advantage.
- Minimum of 5 years\' experience as a Phase Head or Deputy Head in a primary education setting
- SACE registration (valid certificate required).
- Must be able to teach Codinig and Robotics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, administration systems, and school financial processes.
- Must be tech-savvy with an eye for modern educational tools.
- Strong communication, planning, problem-solving, and mentoring skills.
- Willingness to work extended hours and travel when necessary.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:
- Lead the academic, operational, and financial performance of the Primary School.
- Develop and implement strategic business plans aligned to learner targets and growth.
- Manage budgets, enrolments, marketing support, and ensure school-wide compliance.
- Drive curriculum planning, quality teaching, and assessment in line with Curro\'s educational vision.
- Maintain strong brand presence and foster parent and community relationships.
- Oversee discipline, pastoral care, and academic interventions.
- Play an active teaching role in the Intermediate Phase.
The successful candidate will start on 1 October 2025.
