â€¢ Efficient and professional handling of all incoming calls.
â€¢ Full responsibility for reception area
â€¢ Receiving of guests and visitors.
â€¢ Management of meeting room and boardroom bookings.
â€¢ Monitoring of staff movements
â€¢ General office administration.
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED.
â€¢ Grade 12 and customer service training
â€¢ 2 â€“ 3 yearsâ€™ experience in a professional environment.
â€¢ Typing skills.
â€¢ Computer literacy â€“ MS office
â€¢ Ability to multi-task
â€¢ Excellent communication skills.
â€¢ Well groomed, professional and well spoken.
