Job Summary
Creston College is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sports Coach to join our team on a fixed-term contract until 08 December 2027. This role is part-time, working in the afternoons and on Saturdays if required.
There are various coach vacancies available.
Job Description
- Deliver high-quality sports coaching sessions as directed by the respective Phase Heads.
- Plan, organize, and supervise sports activities ensuring safety and engagement for all participants.
- Support the development of learners’ skills, fitness, and teamwork across various sports.
- Contribute to the overall sporting programme and extracurricular activities.
Key Skills / Requirements
- Matric Certificate essential.
- Proven experience in coaching sports to children and young people.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate, inspire, and engage learners of all abilities.
- Flexible approach to working afternoons and occasional Saturdays.
- Be in possession of a valid PDP, or be prepared to apply for one if appointed.
